Most loyalty programmes reward you for spending money. Ours rewards you for getting faster.
When we built WPR, we asked ourselves a simple question: what if a loyalty system could actually make drivers better? Not just reward attendance, but measure real progress behind the wheel?
That question led us to build something we haven’t seen anywhere else in sim racing.

Five pillars, not a single counter
Our system doesn’t count visits. It evaluates every session across five distinct areas of driving performance.
Clean Driving measures discipline. Every lap is tracked for track limits, corner cuts, and off-track excursions. Drivers who stay within the white lines consistently score higher than those who take shortcuts. The system knows the difference between a driver who respects the track and one who doesn’t.
Lap Quality goes deeper than lap times. Our AI coaching engine grades every corner of every lap, evaluating trail braking precision, apex positioning, throttle application, and racing line. A driver can post a fast lap through brute force, but the quality score tells us whether they did it with proper technique. This is the difference between speed and skill.
Improvement is the heart of the system. We track personal bests across every track and car combination. When a driver beats their own record, the system recognises it as the most meaningful achievement in a session. We also compare your technique grade against your previous session. If your corner scores are improving session over session, you’re genuinely developing as a driver.
Consistency separates experienced drivers from beginners. We calculate the standard deviation of your valid lap times across a session. A driver who posts 1:42.3, 1:42.1, 1:42.5 is demonstrating far more control than one who swings between 1:40 and 1:48. Consistency requires concentration, car control, and repeatable technique.
Attendance accounts for a small portion of the total. Showing up matters, but it’s deliberately the smallest pillar. We want the message to be clear: presence alone doesn’t earn progress.

Built on real telemetry, not guesswork
This isn’t a marketing gimmick layered on top of a booking system. Every metric in the points calculation is derived from actual telemetry data captured during the session.
Our coaching system, TrackMaster Pro, reads data from the simulator 60 times per second. Throttle position, brake pressure, steering angle, speed, gear selection, tyre temperatures, and car position on track. That data feeds into the corner grading engine, which evaluates nine different metrics per corner and produces a score from 0 to 100.
When your session ends, the system looks at every lap you completed and calculates your score across all five pillars. The result is a single number that tells you, honestly, how well you drove and how much you learned.

Why this matters for sim racing
Sim racing has a perception problem in some markets. It’s often seen as entertainment first and motorsport second. We think that undersells what modern simulators can teach.
The physics engines in today’s simulators are accurate enough that real racing drivers use them for training. The feedback from a direct drive wheel is detailed enough to feel tyre grip limits. The coaching data we generate is comparable to what professional teams analyse after a real track session.
By building a loyalty system that rewards technique, improvement, and consistency rather than just turning up, we’re sending a clear message: this is a learning environment. Every session is an opportunity to develop skills that translate directly to real driving.
A different kind of incentive
When a driver checks their points breakdown after a session and sees a low score in consistency, that’s actionable feedback. They know exactly what to work on next time. When they see their improvement score climbing session after session, that’s real evidence of progression.
The points don’t just unlock rewards. They create a feedback loop. Drive better, score higher, understand your weaknesses, come back and work on them.
That’s not a loyalty programme. That’s a training programme that happens to have rewards.

Built by a racer with extreme passion, not a developer who Googled “sim racing”
The points system and the entire coaching platform behind it were developed by Justin Mifsud from simtech.dev. Justin has over 20 years of experience in sim racing, making him one of the longest standing sim racers on the island. That experience shaped every decision in the system.
The five pillars aren’t arbitrary categories pulled from a business textbook. They’re the five areas that actually determine whether a driver is improving. Clean driving, corner technique, personal bests, consistency, and showing up to put the work in. Anyone who has spent two decades chasing lap times knows these are the things that matter.
The coaching engine, the telemetry pipeline, the grading algorithms, the points calculation. Every component is custom software developed specifically for WPR. No off-the-shelf booking plugin. No third party loyalty card. The data flows from the simulator, through the coaching engine, into the cloud platform, and back to the driver as a score they can act on.
Over 700 hours of development have gone into the platform so far, and we’re still working on it daily. The coaching algorithms are being refined with every session. The grading thresholds are adjusted as we learn from real driver data. The system is already functional and live, but it needs time to arrive where we want it to be. That’s the honest reality of building something this complex from scratch rather than buying something off the shelf.
This is what happens when you build a sim racing venue with 20 years of driving knowledge and software engineering at the core, not as an afterthought.
