Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the World Pro Racing website, booking a simulator session, or visiting our facility at Montekristo Estate, Malta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Booking & Payment
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time will forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the deposit in full. World Pro Racing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Age Requirements
Participants must meet the following age requirements to use our simulators:
- 16 years and over: may book and race unaccompanied
- 4-15 years: permitted with a parent or guardian present on-site
World Pro Racing reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Misrepresentation of age may result in refusal of service without refund.
Liability & Safety
Participation in sim racing activities at World Pro Racing is voluntary. While our simulators are designed for safe use, by booking and attending a session you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with high-intensity competitive simulation. World Pro Racing, its staff, and its partners accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the facility, except where required by Maltese law.
All customers must attend a safety briefing before their first session. Compliance with staff instructions is mandatory at all times. Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Equipment & Conduct
Customers are responsible for the reasonable and careful use of all simulator equipment. Intentional or negligent damage to equipment may result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs. No food or drinks are permitted in the simulator stations. World Pro Racing staff reserve the right to end any session, without refund, if a customer engages in misconduct, abusive behaviour, or poses a risk to themselves, staff, or other customers.
Intellectual Property
All branding, imagery, and content on the WPR website are the property of World Pro Racing. Photos and videos taken at events or sessions may be used by World Pro Racing for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please inform staff prior to your session.
Changes to These Terms
World Pro Racing may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
